Sales and Business Development

The Distributor Markets Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial goals. This includes fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, understanding customer challenges, and identifying solutions that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, driving sales growth and achieving commercial goals.
- Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, providing strategic input on analysis, future potential, and key programs required for the accounts.
- Analyze market situation, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and competitors.
- Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical departments, aligning with agreed business tactical plans.

Requirements

- Strong key account management experience in multinational companies
- Sales experience in institutional business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- University degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or similar
