**Job Overview:**

As a Supplier Growth Strategist for the IBM TSS alliance, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Arrow Electronics' business with IBM's Technology Services segment. This role requires a strong understanding of technology alliances and supplier relationships, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive top-line growth and maximize profitability for assigned suppliers, including IBM TSS.
  • Build influential relationships with key decision makers at IBM TSS and Arrow Electronics to grow sales and market share in respective technologies.
  • Work closely with Arrow Electronics' functional areas to create winning combinations of products, support, and processes that drive maximum success with our Selling Groups for key suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in selling supplier technologies to customers.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4-6 years of combined experience in supporting suppliers as a Supplier Manager, Account Manager, Vendor Relationship Manager, or similar.
  • Understanding of technology alliance solution suppliers and learning supplier programs.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Travel requirements: 25-30% without COVID-19 restrictions.
