Job Description:The Legal Operations Manager will support the Head of Legal Operations in overseeing all U.S. legal and regulatory matters in connection with our loan origination process.
- Coordinate legal and regulatory aspects of the loan origination process.
- Liaise and collaborate internally with relevant departments, and externally with applicants, title companies, outside counsel, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a Contract/Consultant position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written command of the English language and 5+ years' experience in commercial loan origination.
