CMA CGM is a global leader in shipping and logistics, serving over 420 ports worldwide. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in defining processes, procedures, and e-services to drive account management success.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a skilled professional to support our customers and agencies in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You will be responsible for gathering intelligence on customers to define group expectations, managing off-tender negotiations, and performing space management negotiations. Additionally, you will work closely with your team to develop their skills and knowledge, providing training, systems, and procedures to ensure they have the means to perform their duties effectively.

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a bilingual professional (English-Spanish), you will be able to provide seamless support to our customers and internal teams. With a minimum of three years of experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in shipping, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.
