Customer Support Specialist for Cloud Security

The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team is instrumental in achieving this goal, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' technical issues. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex problems and developing your skills in collaboration, research, and technical proficiency.
This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work up to 50% from home. You'll be part of a dynamic team that shares a growth mindset, innovates to empower others, and collaborates to realize shared goals. Responsibilities- Response and Resolution: Investigate and solve customer technical issues by collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Readiness: Participate in communities with peer delivery roles and develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
- Product/Process Improvement: Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- Business level fluency to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
- Intern experience
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
- System Center Configuration Manager or System Management
- Working knowledge of ADFS, Active Directory concepts, Secure Token Services, network connectivity, Windows Networking, Exchange, App Dev, Outlook, and programming background in PowerShell, C#, Java
