Job Description:
The Sr. Global Customer Experience Specialist will be part of our team that collaborates directly with customers to inform and influence customer experience improvement efforts.
This role will support regional and global customer experience improvement projects, working closely with the global Customer Success team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for strategic collaboration across regions and functions.
- Develop and implement improvements to take the Align customer experience to the next level, including project management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive root cause resolutions and gather feedback.
- Scope CX projects based on customer feedback, stakeholder input, and insights from the CX data science team.
- Build stable working relationships internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in CX, customer success, or customer training.
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills.
- Strong project management and product management skills.
- Experience in event management is highly recommended.
