Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Equifax. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

\

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our external consumers/members via inbound or outbound calls in French. This includes resolving customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information on credit reports, credit scores, and other products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner\
  • Provide accurate and concise information on credit reports, credit scores, and other products and services\
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries\
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues\
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction rates\
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • French spoken (written and verbal B2 or C1)\
  • Minimum A2 English level\
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales\
  • 1 year of call center experience\
  • Minimum 9th Grade High School Diploma\
