French & English Customer Service Representative

Agents will be responsible for complying with the consumer's requests to deliver quality output, assure on-time project completion, and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results.
Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties and also inbound and outbound calls.
**Responsibilities**
What you'll do
- Resolving consumers' issues related
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to determine project requirements
- Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer
- Maintain complete and accurate client and project information
- Establish clear accountability and responsibility for each task assigned

**What experience you need**:

- Fluent in English/French skills both oral and written (B2+/C1)

- Previous call center experience
