Responsibilities

\

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our external consumers/members via inbound or outbound calls in French. This includes:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing complaints\
  • Providing accurate and concise information on credit reports, credit scores, and other products and services\
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries\
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues\
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction rates\
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • French spoken (written and verbal B2 or C1)\
  • Minimum A2 English level\
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales\
  • 1 year of call center experience\
  • Minimum 9th Grade High School Diploma\
