La posición del Especialista de Apoyo en Telecomunicaciones se enfoca en brindar asistencia a los clientes y ofrecer soluciones efectivas a través de la comunicación telefónica.
**Descripción del Puesto**
El Especialista de Apoyo en Telecomunicaciones es responsable de manejar las llamadas entrantes con eficiencia y proporcionar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad. Debe conocer los procedimientos estándar del centro de contacto y brindar información precisa a los clientes.
Entre las responsabilidades del puesto se incluyen:
- Darse cuenta de problemas técnicos en sistemas o software de telecomunicaciones.
- Solucionar estos problemas usando conocimientos previos y consultando documentación si es necesario.
- Informar incidencias relevantes a los supervisores correspondientes.
Para desempeñar esta función, el candidato debe tener experiencia previa en centros de contacto y haber trabajado con tecnologías de comunicación como teléfonos IP y plataformas de atención al cliente.
Además, el postulante debe contar con una sólida base en inglés, español y francés para interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes internacionales.
**Requisitos y Habilidades**
- Edad mínima de 18 años.
- Experiencia previa en un rol similar.
- Conocimiento de protocolos y políticas del centro de contacto.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones rápidas.
- Buena capacidad para comunicarse y resolver conflictos.
Se ofrece un salario estimado de $15,000 - $25,000 colones mensuales, dependiendo de la ubicación y experiencia del postulante. La compañía buscará alguien que pueda sumarse al equipo desde el comienzo, por lo que la flexibilidad horaria y disposición a aprender son fundamentales.
