The role involves providing quality support to our Experian Data Quality (EDQ) customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of technical issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Triage and escalation: Assessing customer tickets and escalating them to Tier II support as needed.
- Self-help guidance: Guiding customers to utilize self-help resources and documentation to resolve their queries efficiently.
- Knowledge Management: Participating in the creation and updating of documentation to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Account Management and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Data file cleaning: Utilizing EDQ tools to clean customer data files effectively.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Customer-facing experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in analyzing/decoding logs in various programming languages and working knowledge of web services.
- Communication skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Stability and reliability: Proven job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
- Analytical problem-solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
