As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees, managers, and HR community. Your expertise will ensure the accurate and timely handling of Employee Lifecycle Transactional cases, with a focus on administering HR-related documents and maintaining up-to-date HR systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent HR administration support to internal stakeholders, adhering to HR procedures and processes.
  • Document and transfer knowledge of recurrent cases to improve Tier 0 or 1 level case resolution.
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team and other HR teams to address issues and improve process efficiencies.

Key requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization.
  • Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • French or Dutch language skills are highly desirable.
