Nuestra experiencia incluye centro de datos, virtualización, ciberseguridad, redes, aplicaciones, comunicaciones, nube y servicios. Este rol consolidará y ampliará las relaciones comerciales con las principales cuentas de la empresa, asegurando su satisfacción, crecimiento y fidelidad, y contribuyendo activamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales establecidos.  Desarrollar y mantener sólidas relaciones con los clientes clave de la empresa para retenerlos y asegurar el crecimiento de las cuentas asignadas. Actuar como principal punto de contacto entre los clientes clave y las áreas internas de la empresa, para garantizar que sus necesidades sean atendidas de manera eficiente. Supervisar los equipos de cuentas asignados a cada cliente clave, para garantizar que estén orientados al logro de los objetivos y ofrecer un servicio excepcional. Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, dentro de las cuentas clave para contribuir al logro de los objetivos establecidos. Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos, para maximizar los beneficios de la empresa y lograr acuerdos beneficiosos. Preparar informes regulares sobre el progreso, los objetivos, y las previsiones de las cuentas claves para proporcionar visibilidad y transparencia sobre objetivos alcanzados y previsiones, a fin de contribuir a la toma de decisiones informadas. Analizar datos y estadísticas de ventas para mejorar las estrategias comerciales y de marketing de las cuentas clave, para identificar patrones y áreas de mejora que permitan ajustar las estrategias para lograr un crecimiento sostenible y una mayor satisfacción del cliente. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes en el CRM de la empresa, a fin de identificar oportunidades de ventas, gestionar las relaciones con los clientes, segmentarlos acorde a criterios relevantes (industria, tamaño, ubicación geográfica, etc), que permitan identificar patrones y tendencias que sirvan de insumo en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Requisitos:Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, computación, Mercadeo, Economía o áreas afines.Experiencia de 4 a 6 años en funciones relacionadas al puesto.Experiencia en la gestión de ventas especializadas y estratégicas comerciales en empresas del sector Tecnología.Conocimiento de Administración de Proyectos, Ventas y Gestión Financiera.Dominio Avanzado de herramientas de MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
(Preferible)Conocimiento avanzado de Ventas estratégicas.OCI Foundations Associate (Deseable)Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas fuertes.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.Habilidades de toma de decisiones estratégicas.
