Job Summary
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in San Jose, COSTA RICA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide training and coaching to new team members on customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory.
