The role involves driving orders growth within the defined region, collaborating with third-party agents or distributors to improve reach, and ensuring above-market growth through existing customers, new customer acquisition, and price realization.

To be successful in this position, one must have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive orders growth and expansion
  • Leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Fostering strong relationships with third-party partners to enhance reach and improve customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical industries is also essential.
