**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**UA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is looking for a Corporate Account Associate to join their sales team**
The Corporate Account Associate maintains and expands relationships within selected strategic accounts. The Corporate Account Associate is a responsive, proactive team player and represents a range of company products and solutions to the assigned customer base and ensures that client specific and internal expectations are exceeded. This position requires a high level of task and goal orientation.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**- Maintain a current understanding of competitor price, product, and service offerings so that our capabilities can be highlighted.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty by utilizing all resources, tools, and technology provided, including assistance with reviewing Business Objects reports and proactively communicating updates to customers.
- Exhibits leadership in a client service and account management role demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of customer personality type.
- Partners with the management team to provide creative solutions to achieve quotas and strategic account objectives.
- Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers to achieve defined short and long term account strategies.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred)- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment with a proven ability to balance competing demands.
- Experience in building a sales pipeline.
- Must be timely, detail-oriented, a problem solver and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-managed.- High level of customer service- Microsoft Office- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role with a strong track record of achievement.- Experience establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment- Well-established and highly developed phone networking skills- College Degree or equivalent -Bachelors - preferred.
