Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Corporate Account Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the ATU (Sales Managers) and Account Executives communities in Latin America, developing partnerships with customers, and maintaining a breadth and depth of customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and pipeline creation.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to help them derive value from Microsoft investments.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to others on account management and orchestration strategies.
  • Facilitate customer introductions and create new points of entry for collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an ATU lead, sales manager, or sales executive in a corporate account environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud strategy and solutions.
