**Account Manager**

Full time | Hybrid Model

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, effectively sell solutions, and drive revenue growth.
This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.
**What your daily routine will look like**:

- **
Client Needs Analysis**: Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and pain points to uncover opportunities for utilizing SoftwareONE's solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor solutions that address their specific needs.
- ** Value-Based Selling**: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SoftwareONE's offerings to articulate the value proposition to potential clients, aligning product features with client requirements to solve business challenges and support**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and partnerships.
Continuously build and qualify a robust pipeline of leads.
**Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights and guidance that align with clients' strategic objectives.
**Pipeline Management**: Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline, track the progress of leads and opportunities, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.
What we need to see from you:
**Mandatory Qualifications**:
- +5 years of experience in:
- Sales of complex technology services and solutions, consumption models, and business outcomes to client senior management and their teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and account handover.
- In-depth knowledge of the software industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Advanced English proficiency.
- AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
**Behavioral Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability in strategic prospecting and relationship development with a track record of fostering trust and credibility.
- Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
