About the role
Lead the strategic planning efforts, working in partnership with the senior executive team, to develop a fully detailed region Business Strategy to include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping, identifying potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities.
Understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We're looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who's eager to do this and more.
The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience of 510 years in marketing areas.
- Experience in managing P&L, structured analysis, and reporting. Management of direct or indirect people in projects, and field work.
- General knowledge in other related disciplines, business unit function, and crossgroup dependencies/relationships.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Understand the Forecasting process.
- Knowledge of the Demand generation process.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
