About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Product Marketing and/or Change Management to support our digital product portfolio team focused on Legal products. The successful candidate will be responsible for rolling out Legal product changes to BCG Lawyers, Consulting, and Business Support teams, and influencing user adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for product marketing and change management in an agile software/digital product context
  • Drive projects independently with some manager supervision, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery
  • Adopt an end-user perspective and bring that lens to the table to inform product development and marketing efforts
  • Engage with end-users to understand pain points and use cases, and prioritize product development and marketing initiatives accordingly
  • Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including product owners, product GTM, change and enablement CoE members, BCG Legal Team, BCG Consulting Teams, and BCG Functional Leadership
  • Measure, assess, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product development and marketing decisions
  • Experience in Legal products and/or GenAI is an added advantage
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in relevant fields, with consulting manager toolkit/experience a plus
  • Strong influencing, networking, and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Project management experience
  • Change or product marketing management experience
  • Complex problem structuring and solving experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
