Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and multimedia materials.
  • Collaborate with experience teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and ensure a positive return on investment.
Requirements
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Hospitality landscape.
