Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Participate in negotiations and administer contractual agreements with clients worldwide.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor analysis to inform our sales strategy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports on sales performance, tracking and analyzing key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in similar roles in a competitive sales environment.
  • Fintech Expertise: Direct sales experience in Fintech & forex B2B industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: High analytical and problem-solving ability, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, or sales organization consulting.
