Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TDCR Tech Data Costa Rica. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for business expansion and developing strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' needs and pain points.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on customer engagement, sales performance, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
