About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at TD SYNNEX, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. In this entry-level position, you will develop expertise in our products and programs while building and maintaining strong customer connections and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Build Strong Customer Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with Vendors: Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and meet vendor-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Support Partner Enablement Activities: Work closely with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific KPIs and targets.
  • Develop In-Depth Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.
  • Manage the Vendor Pipeline: Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
  • Participate in Sales Team Activities: Participate actively in the sales team customer account planning and review process.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Build customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX's product portfolio.
  • Attend Industry-Specific Training: May attend industry-specific business training from vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including the ability to make formal presentations.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM: Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and basic office skills.
  • Basic Understanding of Sales: Basic understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
  • Adaptability to Change: Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Confidentiality: Commitment to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards, with a focus on confidentiality.
