About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, and supporting partner enablement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Support partner enablement activities and work closely with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.
  • Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
  • Participate actively in the sales team customer account planning and review process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including the ability to make formal presentations.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and basic office skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Skilled multitasker with strong relationship-building and empathy.
  • Comfortable with prolonged phone use and extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking.
  • Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and technology.
