Costumer Care Specialist

Encargado de controlar y gestionar todo lo que puede suceder en la cadena logística del producto y mantener comunicación directa y asertiva con el cliente, entregándole atención personalizada en temas operativos en base a sus necesidades.

Funciones:
- Solicitud, confirmación y asignación de bookings.
- Llevar el control documental-
-Coordinación y seguimiento de la cadena logística.
- Liberación del cierre diario y semanal de los servicios ofrecidos.
- Análisis y liquidación de la operación logística realizada.
- Seguimiento de los embarques, cumplimiento de ETA´s, transbordos, control e informe de variaciones significativas.

Requisitos:
- Ingeniería o técnico en Comercio Internacional; Ingeniería en Transporte; Comercio Exterior u otras carreras afines.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en posiciones afines.
-Deseable manejo del Inglés.
