Enterprise Client Success Manager

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions. You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, providing them with tailored advice and guidance to meet their evolving security needs.
- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive revenue growth and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and influencers across the customer organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical discussions and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
