Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings on major marketplaces, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and match products for accurate listings on Amazon and Walmart.
  • Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance to prevent suspensions.
  • Provide top-notch customer support across all marketplaces.
  • Regularly update and optimize product listings for improved search visibility.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
  • Experience with Excel macro development and automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be located in a time zone overlapping with US business hours.
