Strategic Account Manager - Customer Success

The Strategic Account Services organization at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers responsible for the growth and development of top Sellers in the Amazon Store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals and contribute to business strategy development
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers in your team's portfolio and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers
  • Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, B2B, and/or E-Commerce
  • 5+ years professional experience developing and leading teams while driving organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Effective territory/account management and strategy development
  • Understanding of retail math and formulas for making business decisions
