Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Program Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses to client inquiries and issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless program execution and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify TreviPay's mission and values
  • Meet or exceed department metrics, program SLAs, and SLSs
  • Skilled to de-escalate challenging customer situations
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, merchants, and customers
  • Provide feedback and assistance to improve processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to be in Customer Success
  • Organized and self-sufficient with moderate supervision needed
  • Ability to skillfully manage challenging customer situations
  • Coachable with ability to improve performance based on feedback
