About the Role

The Caribbean, Central & South America growth team is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition and retention in the region. As a Growth Operations Coordinator for CASA, you will play a key role in crafting and executing strategic initiatives from a customer perspective. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, including territories, strategy, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic projects to drive regional growth
- Conduct analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term growth objectives
- Collaborate with regional ops, strategy, and other teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements

+ 1 year of experience in analytical problem-solving
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- SQL knowledge is a plus (candidates without SQL experience will be required to learn)
- Experience in partner management and cross-functional project execution
