Job Overview

Auxis is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our clients to ensure delivery of world-class IT services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage daily service delivery requests to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with our Costa Rica delivery teams to ensure customer requests are satisfied within agreed-upon timelines and SLAs.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for team and client, escalating issues as needed.
  • Quickly address roadblocks that negatively impact delivery of services.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize overall account and team efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager, IT Account Manager, or IT Manager in the Outsourcing industry or large complex organizations.
  • Computer-related Bachelor's Degree with a major or minor in Business Administration or Information Technology, emphasizing information technology management.
  • Fluency in English (strong oral and written communication skills) - 85%+.
  • Experience managing and/or supporting IT infrastructure cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure), security tools, or monitoring systems.
