**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Customer Service Delivery Manager to lead our technical support team in delivering outstanding service to our customers. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive results.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage a team of technical support engineers to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute training plans to assess skills requirements and improve soft skills.
- Drive and meet all operational metric requirements while being flexible in working practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in crisis management and client interaction.
