**Job Summary**

We're seeking a Customer Service Delivery Manager to lead our technical support team in delivering outstanding service to our customers. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive results.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Manage a team of technical support engineers to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute training plans to assess skills requirements and improve soft skills.
  • Drive and meet all operational metric requirements while being flexible in working practices.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in crisis management and client interaction.
