Service Delivery:
We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Help Desk Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer requests are managed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing technical support queue (production support) and responding to user requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshooting level 1 problems and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
• Developing knowledge articles and end-user training guides for new feature releases
• Participating in ensuring that customer requests via the ticketing system are managed to closure
• Working on special projects as per client needs

Skills and Qualifications:
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Windows operating system environment
• Knowledge of customer service and experience working in a call center environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent and Advance English level in both written and verbal
