About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to customers and internal stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to register and set up accounts on our platform, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot software installation issues and optimize workflows.">
  • Manage patient-specific items, coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery.">
  • Correlate account data between internal systems, identifying areas for process improvement.">
  • Document customer interactions and provide timely communication, ensuring exceptional customer service.">
  • Contribute to project improvement tasks, working with internal departments and external vendors to drive continuous innovation.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A strong background in customer technical support, preferably in a medical technology setting.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions and macros.">
  • Spanish/English language proficiency (C1 level) is highly desired.">
  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.">
