TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams play a vital role in building strong business relationships with customers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, including taking and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.

About the Position:

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate customer/TE Medical Products relationship by communicating effectively with the organization and ensuring accountability for performance to agreed operational level agreement.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery, price, quality, product information, and tooling information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop strategies for addressing strategic customer issues, competitive threats, or to gain additional business by utilizing business knowledge and market trends.
  • Represent the customer's point of view during internal decision-making processes and assist Product Management in developing quotation proposals.
  • Work with customers and Sales to prepare and monitor monthly sales forecast by customer and product.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Education:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, scheduling, or customer service-related positions, preferably in a manufacturing organization or related technical field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of served markets, products, and key performance requirements.
  • Ability to translate company goals into action plans for customer order management.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality systems requirements and ability to audit conformance to procedures.
