Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through optimized strategies and process improvements. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers/partners, addressing operational issues, concerns, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational business relationships with mid-sized to large accounts, collaborating with project and account teams to design customer solutions and optimize operational processes.
  • Analyze account financials to develop financial strategies that maximize profitability and ROI for both the organization and the customer.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers/partners on operational issues, concerns, and escalations.
  • Identify process gaps, advocate for process improvements, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders, outlining the status of strategic accounts, financial performance, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Participate in negotiations for contracts and agreements with key customers or partners to ensure favorable terms aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop strategies for gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports related to customer interactions, operational processes, and project progress, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with customer accounts and operational processes to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience in account management, business development, supply chain, customer service, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
