The Technical Resolution Expert will be part of our Escalation team, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve critical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical resolution owner for Netskope Borderless SD-WAN escalations
  • Collaborate with customers and support teams to scope and investigate reported issues
  • Work with product and engineering teams to drive issue resolution and advocate for customer needs
  • Contribute to knowledge base development through documentation and training

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in networking or security products
  • 2+ years of scripting experience with tools and script development
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, VPN, Firewall, Load balancing, and SD-WAN
  • Experience with programming languages like Unix Shell, Python, or Go
  • Docker, VM, Kubernetes experience is highly desirable
  • GCP, AWS cloud experience, and automation skills in highly available environments

Preferred Skills:

  • CCNP/CCIE Routing & Switching or Security certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
