**Key Responsibilities**

As an integral part of Grupo Preselección's Onboarding team, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering world-class onboarding experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal platform usage.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

We are seeking candidates who bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, customer service experience / tech support.
  • Previous experience in SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Comfortable with phone calls and engaging clients in conversation.
  • Experience configuring business logic in web-based platforms.
  • Understanding of requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
  • Able to manage high volumes of accounts while delivering a quality experience and high client satisfaction.
