**What We Do**
Our Onboarding team is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are successful and getting the most out of our solution. As a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.
You'll be responsible for:
- Configuring business logic in a web-based platform.
- Managing high volumes of accounts while providing a quality experience and client satisfaction.
- Reviewing functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems engineering or a related field, or relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, customer service experience/tech support.
- Previous experience in SaaS companies.
- Salesforce and Tableau experience.
You should also have excellent client relationship skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
