Palo Alto Networks is a leader in the cybersecurity industry, and we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

As a member of our IT Desktop Support Team, you will provide technical assistance to our employees, both locally and remotely. Your multitasking abilities and expert communication skills will be essential in following through on all tickets and projects while maintaining a positive, professional customer service mindset.

We're seeking an analytical and agile individual who can quickly deliver meaningful results and solutions. Your experience with PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers/copiers, phone systems, and general IT hardware/software will be valuable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support services for PC and Mac platforms
  • Manage individual workflow and maintain current ticket queue via IT ticketing system
  • Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with the user base
  • Collaborate with other IT staff members to ensure seamless issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong service-oriented mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recent hands-on technical experience with Windows 10, Mac OSX, Google Suite, Microsoft Active Directory, system imaging, VPN, basic networking, network connectivity including 802.11x, PC and Apple hardware, and mobile devices
  • Recent experience with remote access and remote-control tools to support remote employees
