**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our Loyalty Team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our top MRR clients, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and proactively addressing potential cancellations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer metrics to identify early indicators of potential cancellations and make proactive calls to address concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop solutions to retain business and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
**Requirements**
- A professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with most things technical, especially Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
