**Technical Support Role at T&Ta De Centroamérica:**
We're looking for a skilled professional to fill this technical support role.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues via phone or remote session.
- Onboarding new customers through effective onboarding calls.
- Resolving customer issues from start to finish, taking ownership of the process.
- Analyzing customer details to find the best solution for each issue.
- Performing remote troubleshooting and reading/understanding logs.
**Requirements for the Position:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- At least two years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
