Job Title: Customer Experience Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our Experian team. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  2. Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization techniques.
  5. Provide expertise and guidance to junior analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from others.
