Customer Onboarding Experience Specialist

You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding onboarding requests.
We work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including Sales and Fulfillment teams, to provide a seamless boarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales support to deliver products and services, encompassing installation, delivery, and maintenance.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams to ensure timely setup and delivery of agreed-upon products or services.
- Perform quality control on processed requests.
- Prioritize and coordinate the execution of requests for efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on request status, keeping customers informed and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in back-office or customer service roles.
- Excellent English language skills (B2+).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Typing speed of 25+ words per minute.
Distinguishing Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CIS, ezBoard, and Salesforce platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
