The role of Transfer Agent is pivotal in our operations, as it involves responding to incoming consumer phone calls or making outbound calls to establish consumer account ownership (Right Party Contacts). This critical function requires adhering to pre-established scripts and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route verified consumers to specific departments.
- Document interactions in our CRM System.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- English language proficiency at B1 level.
- Age 18 or above.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and office tools.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
