Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing superior customer service over the telephone to our customer base including dental offices and dental labs.
The successful candidate will set up new accounts and maintain customer master data in SAP, answer incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers in a professional, timely manner, and provide basic technical support on all Straumann products.
The ideal candidate will process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP, problem solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues, accomplish weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals, attend and contribute to team and company meetings, and follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others.
Responsibilities:- Provides superior customer service over the telephone to our customer base including dental offices and dental labs
- Sets up new accounts and maintains customer master data in SAP
- Answers incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers in a professional, timely manner
- Provides basic technical support on all Straumann products
- Processes orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Problem solves and provides resolution to order and shipping issues
- Accomplishes weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals
- Attends and contributes to team and company meetings
- 1+ years of experience providing customer services or support
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French
- Prior dental experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior sales experience
- Basic computer skills including PC, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
