En este papel, estarás especializado en brindar apoyo técnico remoto a clientes de IBM, utilizando tus conocimientos técnicos y de negociación para identificar y resolver problemas en sistemas y soluciones de IBM. Comunicarás con los clientes y representantes de IBM para priorizar y diagnosticar problemas hasta su resolución. También estarás en capacidad de recomendar e implementar mejoras en herramientas, procedimientos y procesos de soporte técnico existentes.

  • Conocimientos técnicos en Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, GitHub, Eclipse y Agile practices.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
