Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and questions. Your expertise in our products and services will enable you to provide informed solutions and guidance. You will also play a key role in supporting sales efforts by helping customers understand our offerings and answering their reservations.
Requirements
- English proficiency (B2 or above)
- Basic understanding of MS Office Packages
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Financial background
- Previous experience working towards goals and objectives
- Sales experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge
