Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role involves performing end-to-end billing process root cause analysis on claims submitted to identify and implement solutions for existing and potential issues impacting invoicing accuracy. The individual will process both credits and rebills to correct incorrect invoices generated when disputes are deemed valid, while also providing feedback and supporting documentation to Sales teams.
The outcome of this position will serve as an instrument for Management's decision making to enhance current processes and/or fix system issues.
Responsibilities:
Work dispute cases daily and respond within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain open communication between teams and departments, responding to requests and contacting internal or external parties when required to resolve disputes.
Monitor dispute patterns and notify Management of any alerts.
Prepare, review, and organize paperwork for resolved disputes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Advanced English language skills.
2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
Prior experience working in a multi-segment corporation is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with strong sense of urgency.
Ability to analyze facts and circumstances to determine an appropriate course of action.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Great attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
